Ahlem is a brand born out of a loss of a favourite pair of vintage sunnies. Eyewear is a crowded landscape but the draw of Ahlem is unmistakable thanks to its fusion of exquisite design and innovative approach. Inspired by Parisian elegance and it shows! And of course, handmade in France, Oyanaxx to be precise.

Just when you thought they couldn’t get any better her palladium frames are electroplated in 22k gold. We absolutely love our Ahlem collection but don’t just take our word for it, she was runner-up in the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund in 2017 a competition that highlights fresh and upcoming talent in fashion.

Thierry Lasry

Thierry Lasry or “the french eyewear wizz” – Founded in 2006, Theirry who’s father was an optician and mother a designer, could you ask for a better combination by the way?

He perceives the sunglass to be the ultimate accessory and is known for his futuristic flat-fronted designs which help make his glasses unmistakable. Much like every eyewear geek needs a classic Lunor, Thierry’s striking sunglasses are a must-have head-turner.

Lunor glasses offer supreme quality and easy-to-wear shapes that make them a staple for any eyewear lovers. Handmade in their very own zero energy factory in Germany’s Black Forest. In their pursuit of traditional craftsmanship and uncompromising quality, Lunor’s frames are made from the finest cotton acetate.

During production frames are barrel polished for 10 days and as if that wasn’t enough each frame is then hand polished, culminating in a polished finish like no other.

Anne et Valentin

Anne et Valentin Odilon in Green

Anne & Valentin is a brand born from the wild dream of two opticians from Toulouse, a town in the South-West of France. The couple, looking for graphic and original frames for their friends, decided to create what they couldn’t find.

Today, still driven by our fierce independence and our familial state of mind, we continue to develop a vision that embodies our research, fueled by the highest standards and our love for the object itself.

You Mawo

You Mawo - Pheobe in Raspberry

You Mawo was launched in 2016 at the Berlin Optical show and since then YouMawo has been at the forefront of innovation using 3D printing, scanning, and machine learning to the perfect custom frame.

This bold innovation has won them numerous designer awards even in their comparatively short existence.

As a company, You Mawo are 100% climate-neutral and their frames are 100% made in Germany.

Johann Wolff

Founded in 2020 by brothers Eric and Lorenzo, they aim to bridge the gap between unique vintage eyewear and modern design to create frames that will feel cool and modern while also being evergreen.

They aimed to supply a great quality frame at a very fair price point. Bridging the gap between the ultra high-end brands and the poor quality injection molded frames. We think they have done this magnificently.

Salt Optics

SALT frames embrace and draw inspiration from their stunning Californian natural beauty to produce clean, chic natural eyewear. Designed in California and Made in Japan, using over 130 processes.

Sea, Air, Land, Timeless or SALT for short.

The best opticians I have been too, with the most amazing, funky and modern glasses. You will not see these glasses anywhere else and that makes this opticians the one to go to first.

Service was brilliant with the actual owner who has a real vested interest to make sure the glasses are absolutely perfect.

I always like to support local businesses, but it is easy to support this local business, because it is the best.
