All orders that are placed before 4pm will be shipped the next day via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day delivery pre 1pm) service. All orders placed after 4pm will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you are wishing to purchase from outside the UK please email us at email@example.com and we will calculate the cost of shipping on an individual basis based on the destination country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Orchards Optical Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include bespoke frames, special order frames, brand collaboration sunglasses ie. Thierry Lasry Rhude Collaboration. Once a frame or sunglass has been adjusted in-store to fit the purchasers this frame can not be returned as it is not in its original condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the money to be received in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If after 10 working days, you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card statement, it may take some time before your refund is officially complete.
Often with credit card payments, there is often a processing time before a refund will be visible on your statement.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note shipping is free of charge within the UK.
We recommend using a trackable postage/courier service with insurance. Without this, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
