Shipping Policy
All orders that are placed before 4pm will be shipped the next day via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day delivery pre 1pm) service. All orders placed after 4pm will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you are wishing to purchase from outside the UK please email us at info@ace-eyewear.co.uk and we will calculate the cost of shipping on an individual basis based on the destination country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Orchards Optical Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds & Returns Policy
To return a item for refund or exchange items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include bespoke frames, special order frames, brand collaboration sunglasses ie. Thierry Lasry Rhude Collaboration. Once a frame or sunglass has been adjusted in-store to fit the purchasers this frame can not be returned as it is not in its original condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Along with the reason code from the codes below:
01. The item doesn’t fit
02. Changed my mind
03. Incorrect item received
04. Product damaged or faulty
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the money to be received in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If after 10 working days, you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card statement, it may take some time before your refund is officially complete.
Often with credit card payments, there is often a processing time before a refund will be visible on your statement.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In these instances well we arrange collection via a courier or refund you for any cost incurred in returning the item. If you need to exchange a purchase, send us an email at info@ace-eyewear.co.uk along with evidence of any faults or damage.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note shipping is free of charge within the UK.
We recommend using a trackable postage/courier service with insurance. Without this, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
