Thierry Lasry Frames – Our Favourites

We are continuing our core frames and up next is Thierry Lasry. Thierry is the son of an optician and a designer which gives him a unique perspective on eyewear design. So without further or does here are our core frames from his AW22 Collection.

Our Favourite Thierry Lasry Frames

Lonely

The lonely is round in a thick round acetate shape, the unique feature of this frame is that the acetate used on the temples is then combined subtly into the inside rim of the frame. As with many round shapes, it is very much a unisex style and suits those with slightly more angular facial shapes. The Lonely is available in a lovely deep burgundy, a blue and yellow turtle with light marble style acetate sides.

Dynamity

A slightly smaller round shape, with slightly more prominent lugs. Featured in this soft light brown bottle with a red ring of Mazzucchelli acetate running around the lens.

Sketchy

The Sketchy offers the iconic style without the weight. Thanks to its light Japanese titanium sides and thinner acetate front. All of this is done without losing the statement feel of the frame. We have featured below in the signature two-tone blue mottle. Other colours available include black, tortoise, and a stunning red.

Thierry Lasry – Dystopy

This effortlessly cool frame is designed to be easily wearable for all face shapes, although it is on the slightly large size, and the frame I wear personally in blue alongside my other Darksidy sunglasses. As featured often with his optical frames it features his signature flat front that is found throughout his sunglass collection.

Thierry Lasry – Empiry

This is a very classically designed frame as Theirry Lasry’s standards go. The unique feature of this frame is the bevel that runs along the browline of the frame. This frame is available in several translucent tones including yellow mustard and sky blue.

If you haven’t noticed the pattern Thierry loves to play with “Y”s at the end of all of his model names.
